This is the perfect gathered cape, easy to make with just a couple straight seams! 


This is a great option for DIY Halloween costume ideas, even if it's not a recognizable character from movies or video games...a cape is great to class up any costume.


I love how this shimmery cape turned out! Best part--it only took me 10 minutes to make.  Full diagram and instructions at the end of the post!
