How to Make a Laser Cut Wooden Unicorn Puzzle DIY with xTool P3 If you have a little unicorn lover in your life, this colorful wooden unicorn puzzle is such a fun handmade project! I made this adorable animal puzzle using my  xTool P3 CO2 Laser  cutting machine, 3/8-inch Baltic birch plywood, and 1/8-inch basswood. The finished puzzle has a sweet unicorn design with a colorful rainbow mane, bright pink accents, and a simple white face. The pieces are large, easy to see, and fun for little hands to put together. I started with a puzzle file from Creative Fabrica and then sizing the puzzle elements I wanted for my design.
