Harry Potter Cosplay: Draco Malfoy Unfortunately my son wasn't feeling well, but I made him Draco Malfoy anyway. He has ultra light hair, so that made it easy...although we just cut it, so it didn't slick back that well. Anyway, for a last minute Halloween costume, it's great! The way to seal the deal is the Slytherin tie! We went to the thrift store and bought a silver tie. then I used frog tape and a green sharpie marker and colored the stripes right on it!
