Sea salt! **I got this USimplySeason Salt Grinder at no cost in exchange for this post** I got a 50 pound bag of Himalayan Pink Salt but needed a grinder for it! This one is perfect for salt or pepper. I got a white and a red sweet potato and thinly sliced them with a slicer. The thinner the better! Lay them out on a baking sheet so none of them touch. If they touch they will sweat instead of getting crisp. I spritzed them with olive oil, ground salt and sprinkled with basil. Broil in the oven 500* for 3 minutes, Then turn them over and broil for about 2 more minutes... watch them, they curl and burn fast. Once they curl up they are done! Yum!
