Homemade Cream Puffs or Eclairs!

Homemade cream puffs or eclairs are the BEST! And they are pretty simple to make... (Makes about 30-35) You'll just need: 1 cup of Flour 1/2 cup Butter 1 Cup Water 1/8 tsp salt 4 eggs Bring the water to a boil, then add butter, flour and salt.  Then put the dough in your mixer and let it cool for 2 minutes. Then you add in the eggs one at a time, beating after each egg.  The dough will become softer and runnier...  Until it becomes very sticky!  You don't need a pastry/piping/icing bag with large tip... but it makes for a prettier puff!  Here's the trick. Glass Etched Cupcake Stand!

Make a gorgeous etched cloche! I found this cute cloche dome at the thrift store. It had enamel polka dots on it...they were chipped. So I used my x-acto knife and scraped them all off.  Washed the cloche clean and wiped it down with rubbing alcohol.  I used my silhouette Cameo to cut a bird on a branch out of vinyl.  I applied the vinyl onto the cloche.  Then I painted on the etching cream.  I let it set for the allotted time. Like 20 minutes or so. Then I used my paint brush and put the etching cream that I could scrape off right back into the jar! (It will last forever that way!)  Remove the vinyl and wash off...  Adorable!  The only way it would look better is if there was a yummy cupcake in there!
