I recommend printing off the blank page...then fill it with nice words about yourself. This exercise is very healing and rewarding. Every night at bedtime, I have my kids look in a mirror and say 10 nice things to themselves. It is amazing the difference it makes.  If I hear them during the day say something negative about themselves, I make them counter it with 10 nice things.  They are very careful now and rarely say a negative word in general.  It's amazing!  Seriously, try it!
