Advent Calendar DIY Round-Up!

 Today I am sharing something special with you.  This amazing felt Advent Calendar was made by my mom.  I remember when I was really little, she would host craft nights with her sisters at our house.  Everyone would come and craft projects together.  I remember just being as tall as the table they were working at and just watching.  I stood there and watched as carefully and QUIETLY as possible, because I didn't want my mom to send me to bed.  Haha--it worked too!  I learned so much by just watching them work. If you didn't read my post about Breast Cancer last month, I'll tell you my mom was a fighter but lost the battle almost 21 years ago.  I love that I have these fond memories of watching my creative mama crafting.  I remember watching her cut, stitch and hand craft this amazing advent calendar.  It hung on a rod in our hallway so we could make the (unpictured) Joseph and Mary riding a donkey move from Nazareth to Bethl...
