No Capes!  Do you remember Dunder Head? Hahaha.  I love The Incredibles and love Edna Mode! Okay but really, capes are an awesome accessory for any costume.  Even a mummy looks better with a cape! Princess Anna Pink Cape!

Princess Anna (from Disney's Frozen) Pink Cape! With adorable clasp and capelet!  I'll be honest myself and say that I thought Frozen was a literary fail. DIY Fancy Cape Clasps!

Make a fancy cape clasp!   I used a bunch of colorful clay that I got from Wholeport Polymer clay packets in a huge range of colors! And these hooks and eyes. I made little ornamental button type things around the hooks.  I poked holes in them so I'd be able to sew them on with needle and thread like a button. Then baked them in the oven for 275 for about 30 minutes.  After cooling...I just used a needle and thread...  And sewed a piece on both sides of the robe.  Perfect and fancy! If you don't have a robe or a cape... go here to make a simple one! Or here! This post published on Doodlecraft first
