How to Make Pecan Bars Recipe! These little magic pecan bars were my favorite part of the holiday! This recipe is divine!  It's pecan pie in a little bar form. It's easy to make and takes less than an hour from start to finish. This post is going to be short, I'm tired and I want the recipe set in stone. But I'm excited because I love pecan pie...but don't need all the gelatinous goo in the pie filling. These pecan bars have the shortbread, the sugar and the nuts, so it's the perfect little bite size treat. It's great for sharing at parties or freezing for later. Butter Toffee with Roasted Almonds Recipe  There are few things I love as much as chocolate...but one of those things is Butter Toffee. Toffee is buttery, creamy and crisp! Layer that delightful toffee with a smattering of roasted almonds for the perfect treat.   Fantastic treat for any day or time of the year. Keep this one pinned for the Christmas holidays for sure! It's a sweet treat any time of year.   When my youngest was little, we discovered he is allergic to chocolate...so other "treat" alternatives needed to be found.  Toffee is something everyone can agree on.   It's fabulous even without a chocolate coating.  My son is no longer allergic to chocolate, which has been such a relief to him.
