Overnight Brunch Breakfast Casserole! ~ Cook one 16 oz package of sausage, rinse and drain. Add to one 26 oz package of hash browns Add salt and pepper 1 cup of cheese Add 6 eggs and 1/2 cup of milk to a separate container and mix Mix the sausage, potatoes and cheese and the egg mixture. Place in a baking dish Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese over the top. Then cover and place in the fridge overnight (up to 24 hours) Next morning, bake in the oven at 350* for one hour! Cut and serve!
