Halloween is my favorite holiday but not the creepy, scary and gory parts. I love costumes! I love the dressing up, the make-up and the transformations. Making handmade Halloween costumes has always been my thing. This is a great collection of handmade costumes that can be made on a low budget. It's also a super fun walk down memory lane as you'll see my kids grow up right before your eyes!
