Butterscotch Cinnamon Monkey Bread Brunch 3 ingredient Recipe

Make a wonderful sticky pull apart Monkey Bread with just 3 ingredients and a little preparation.  Perfect for Easter Brunch or breakfast any day of the week.  So delicious and sweet!  My husband does not like monkey bread when it's baked in a bundt pan because he thinks it's so thick that layers and insides remain doughy and raw.  This variation is just one layer and each piece is cooked to perfection.
Drizzled with gooey cream cheese frosting for the ultimate finishing touch.  Cinnamon rolls are a fun nostalgic treat for me.  I remember having them just a few times in my childhood.  My mom made them fresh and the whole house would smell amazing!  Do you have memories like that?
This is an 8" round cake Silpat baking mat.  It's perfect for getting cakes or monkey bread out of the pan without any difficulty.

I'd love to find a few more of these in my Easter basket!  Perfect for cakes too--mine always seem to crumble right in the center...so this Silpat would solve that issue flawlessly.
Rhodes Cinnamon rolls are great on their own, but make this monkey bread recipe fantastic and quick.

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Butter (1/2 a cube)
1 3.5 oz. Box of Cook and Serve Butterscotch Pudding
8 Cinnamon Rolls
Melt the butter in a dish, cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and dump the pudding in a shallow bowl or dish.
Take the cinnamon roll pieces and dip them in butter.
Then roll them in butterscotch pudding.
Next, simply place them in the dish.
Fill the pie pan with one layer of cinnamon rolls.  Cover with plastic or foil and place in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, remove the plastic and see how they've puffed up and saturated the butterscotch pudding!
Bake in the oven at 350* for 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Place a plate over the top of the monkey bread and turn over.  The Silpat makes the monkey bread turn out easily!
Then remove the Silpat mat.

Now the monkey bread is all caramelized and cooked.  Let them cool slightly before adding frosting so it doesn't just melt and puddle.
The Rhodes cinnamon rolls come with packets of cream cheese frosting too.  Place the cream cheese frosting packet in a bowl of warm water to get it softened...or make some frosting of your own.
Then drizzle the cream cheese frosting all over the top of the butterscotch cinnamon monkey bread and enjoy!  Just pull the small pieces of the cinnamon rolls and enjoy a sweet brunch.
