Star Wars 8: The Last Jedi Geek Party!
There's no better way to debut a new movie than with a party!
We set up a small spread of goodies and some Star Wars decor before going to see the movie...but parties are fun any day of the week.
I used this amazing nightstand from Bellacor for the buffet table.
Other fun goodies and decor came from Oriental Trading
We had Hutts in a blanket, Gummy Ewoks, Thermal Detonators and Galaxy Far Far Away Cake!  My kids love it when I name the food funny things.
I got these amazing chipboard shapes from my sister in law.  They are sturdy and fun!

  (similar to these)

They make the perfect addition to any party decor.
I spray painted the Americana Barn Stars on stands with gold, silver and copper paint.  I thought the ornate lights looked like little Death Stars.
I made bounty hunter jet packs for the kids as favors.  Simple craft and great for space themed parties!
I used my letterboard from DCWV (purchased at Joann) to write up a funny Luke Skywalker quote.
"But I was going into Tosche Station to pick up some power converters."
My cinema lightbox board with May the Force be with you

...and my R2D2 and BB8 Wood cutouts.

The perfect party spread for an amazing movie debut!
We watched episodes 4-7 in preparation for The Last Jedi!
