Rolled Paper Flower Spring Wreath--with Cricut Explore Air 2!
I love my Cricut Explore Air 2!
I received all these fun goodies to review.
Cricut knew I'd be hooked and swear my loyalty to them for the rest of my life.
This machine is uhhhhhh-mazing!
Read more about the set up and first projects on this post here.
You don't need any cartridges, but if you have some, you can use them!
There are so many different projects you can make with the Cricut too!
The Cricut can cut so many different materials so the amount of projects you can do with it are endless.  I love doing 3D paper crafts and the Cricut is perfection for that.
Home decor items are easy to make with paper and the Cricut.
For this fun project, I used the Cricut Design Space.
Just +Create New Project.
Then "insert images"
Then search for 3D flower.
You'll find tons, but I used the spiral looking ones.
They are available with Cricut access.

Adjust the size and click "go" to cut!
Load the paper, I just used bright colored cardstock.
Some of the flowers I cut were full size 12X12 sheets, some I made 4 on one page.
Cut all the spirals, they pull easily off the mat without ripping!
Take one at a time, and a hot glue/gun.
Start rolling the outside to inside.  Add a dab of hot glue occasionally,
to keep the rolling in place and tight.
Roll to the end or center...where there is a large circle, that's the base.
Add a big glob of hot glue and press it down on a silicone mat.
 Press until cooled.
This will keep the coil nice and tight.
 Cute and done!
Now repeat for all the other flower coils!
I love adding yellow centers and wrapping colors around them.
I also cut out a bunch of green leaves.
I have a small wreath form and I am ready to hot glue flowers right on to it!
Add glue, hold in place while it cools and sets.
Repeat.
I love the bright colors!
Add leaves and maybe a ribbon or a banner!
It's cute and perfect for Spring!
 I love paper flowers!
