Easy Christmas Gift Tags with Tombow VIP Kit!

Okay, honestly...I thought these were really odd colors when I got my box. There's no aqua or teal? That was my first impression.
But this is the perfect holiday palette! All the supplies together make the perfect Christmas gift tags. There's greens, pinks, red, blue, yellow and gray!
Supplies Needed for Easy Christmas Gift Tags:
Does it drive you crazy that I place the MONO Sand Eraser upside down in this picture? Ugh. It's driving me nuts. Oh well.
Step 1: Hand Lettering
Begin by lettering some Christmas words on the paper with the Dual Brush Pen 312. I just eyeballed the spacing and it worked out perfectly!
Step 2: Fill the Paper with Flowers
Next use the ABT PRO to draw and color flowers all over the paper. Then add smaller details, holly berries and leaves, dots, stars, etc with the Irojiten Colored Pencils.
Use all the supplies to add fun details to the entire page. Place a piece of scrap paper underneath so you can get right to the edge of the paper.
Aren't these colors just divine together? I love how they are the perfect holiday or Winter palette.
Step 3: Cut into Tags
Now cut the paper into 8th's. Begin by cutting the paper in half at the 5.5 inch mark.
Then cut the two halves in half again at the 4.25 inch mark.
Finally. cut the four pieces into half again. This separated the words perfectly for 8 individual gift tags. Then cut little notches on one end of the tag.
I'm so excited to stick them to heartful and mostly homemade gifts.
