Homemade Wassail Non-Alcoholic Recipe with Mulling Spices

This warm, cinnamon/spicy cider citrus drink...Wassail is delightful on a cold winter evening.  Perfect drink for a crowd too.  It's full of rich flavors and tones, and I love it's soothing power on my throat.  Lots of recipes out there are spiked with alcohol, but this is an all age appropriate version.  The smell is magical and is the perfect way to make the house smell like the holidays.

In a Slow Cooker:

8 cups of Apple Juice
2 cups of Orange Juice
1/3 cup of Lemon Juice
5 Cinnamon Sticks
2 Tablespoons of Raw Spice Bar's Mulling Spices
~
Okay, just got word that Raw Spice Bar is no longer offering the Mulling Spices (frowny face)...but they have tons of other spices that are sensational and I'll be sharing a few more in upcoming posts.

Pour all the items in to the slow cooker...the spices could be put in a tea bag if desired.
I love to see the mulling spices just floating around.  Now cover and let the slow cooker do its thing.  Set it on low for 8 hours...or on high for 5 hours.  Plan ahead for that big party!
Strain the wassail and serve hot.  The spices are amazing with the tart juices.  No alcohol needed.
Any leftovers can be stored in jars or a pitcher in the fridge and rewarmed next day.  Great for morning.
