Sea Turtle Patterned Iron-On Summer Tote Bag: Cricut Explore Air 2

I love Cricut's new Patterned Iron-On Vinyl.  It is so fun to create instant art with it!  Cricut has just made life so much funner by released 2 new lines of Iron-on vinyl.  SportFlex Iron On; for sportswear/dri-fit/swim wear and Patterned Iron On Vinyl as showcased here.
For this project you will need:
Cotton Tote Bag
Cricut Explore Air™ 2 machine
Cricut EasyPress
Cricut EasyPress Mat
Blue Natalie Malan watercolor Patterned Iron-On Vinyl
Cricut Design Space™
For this project the aquamarine and green watercolor wash was perfection.  Look at how gorgeous this sea turtle is!  Perfect tote for the beach or pool!
Right click to save off this silhouette.  Then load it into Cricut Design Space.
Set it to cut, size it to the desired size (I went the full 11.5 inches) and click the mirror image button.
Place the vinyl on the mat, face down.  Then cut the image on the Iron-On setting.
Once cut, remove, trim and remove the excess vinyl.
Now get the EasyPress ready to go.  Heat it up to 340*F.  Place the tote bag on the EasyPress mat.
Place it on the tote bag for 5-10 seconds to warm up the surface.
Place the vinyl on the warm tote bag.  Then set the timer on the EasyPress to 50 seconds.
Place the EasyPress on the vinyl until the timer beeps.  Because the vinyl is much larger than the EasyPress, just work in sections...and repeat for each quadrant.
Move to the other top side.
And move to the bottom.
Then turn the tote over and press the backside.  Then let the vinyl cool completely.
When it's cold, peel off the plastic layer on top.
I love it!  The watercolor wash is divine!
This gives so much life and a new look to Iron-On Vinyl!  You will love the Patterned Iron-On vinyls!  Perfect for shirts, totes, baby clothes and much more!
