Supplies Needed for Sublimation Tumbler Wraps: Free Sublimation Tumbler Wraps (at end of post) 20 ounce Sublimation Skinny Tumblers (bigger tumblers won't fit this wrap) Sublimation Printer (set up with sublimation ink) HTVRont Auto Tumbler Heat Press Sublimation Paper Heat Resistant Tape Tape Dispenser (optional but totally worth it!) Lint Roller Paper Cutter

Step 1: Print FREE Sublimation Tumbler Wraps


Begin by printing off the freebies at the end of this post.


Make sure that your printer is set to High Quality to get the best possible print without any lines.

The sublimation ink always looks dull, but sublimation with heat will give full vibrancy to the finish.

Use your paper cutter to trim the edges carefully around the sublimation print.


Cutting those edges perfectly is key to a good sublimation print, so the edges and seam line up flawlessly.


These wraps are seamless, so they should line up in the back absolutely perfect!

Step 2 for Sublimation Tumblers: Clean


Clean off the lint, dust or debris from the tumbler using a lint roller.


A little speck of dust makes a big mark on the sublimation, so it's important not to skip this step.

Step 3 for Sublimation Tumblers: Wrap


Wrap the image with the ink side touching the tumbler sublimation blank.


Line up the seams, top and bottom edges.

Then use the heat resistant tape to tape the paper down securely.


Doing a thorough taping job is key to prevent ghosting, fading or uneven sublimation.

Step 4 for Sublimation Tumblers: Heat Press


Next, heat the up your HTVRont Auto Tumbler Heat Press and slide your tumbler in the element.


Then check the settings, I typically go with the recommended settings, 390* for 240 seconds, and a rotation for another 240 seconds.


I haven't had any issues with the tumblers not working just perfectly.


Step 4 for Sublimation Tumblers: Heat Press Next, heat the up your HTVRont Auto Tumbler Heat Press and slide your tumbler in the element. Then check the settings, I typically go with the recommended settings, 390* for 240 seconds, and a rotation for another 240 seconds. I haven't had any issues with the tumblers not working just perfectly.

Then remove the tumbler from the heat press and let it cool completely.


Then peel off the paper and heat tape with your fingers and reveal the amazing vivid and vibrant glittery holographic tumblers!
