Just 2 Ingredients!

It's peanut butter (obviously from the title) and frosting!

When I was a child, my mom sometimes made us peanut butter and frosting sandwiches or cookies...sandwiched in between graham crackers. Did you ever eat anything like that? Maybe we were poor, but it was the BEST dessert ever! I loved it.

These 2 ingredients are shelf stable, so keeping the ingredients around is pretty simple. Great for a last minute treat or finger food for a party.

Ingredients for Peanut Butter Fudge:

16 oz Peanut Butter (I choose Chunky/Crunchy every day of the week)
16 oz. Frosting (I pick chocolate, but try cream cheese, vanilla or funfetti!)

8x8 pan lined with wax paper or parchment
