Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Chicken Pasta Recipe!

This is the most delicious dinner...my family loves this and so will yours!  It's easy to put in the crock pot--set it and let it cook all day.  Just a few finishing touches an hour before dinner.  You'll be delighted at the end of the day to eat this hearty dinner.

You will need:

5 pounds of chicken breast
1 onion chopped
1/4 cup of butter
1 package of Neufchatel Cheese
1 can of Cream of Chicken soup
2 lbs of frozen peas
1 lb of pasta
Put the chicken breast and chopped onions in the crock pot on low for 6 hours.  Then add butter, cream cheese and cream of chicken soup 1 hour before serving.  20 minutes before dinner, boil pasta to perfection in sauce pan.  Drain pasta and pour into chicken mixture when ready to serve.
And then add the frozen peas.  I find that adding frozen veggies a little before serving helps cool it down so it is warm and ready to eat.  Stir them in and let them defrost about 10 minutes.
Then serve and enjoy!
