Dollar Tree Garland Wreath with Poinsettia Hair Bow DIY

Tis the season!  I know, I know, it feels like a rush through the holidays...it's not yet Halloween...however, it takes time to make holiday decor and so now is the time to start!  Get a headstart on the holiday rush by making this festive wreath today!  It's easy and seriously takes just 30 minutes or less.

You will need some fabulous supplies from the Dollar Tree.

10" Green Foam Wreath Form

Garland
Poinsettias Bunch
Ribbon
Hot Glue/Gun
Plastic Rhinestone
Brad
Alligator Clip
Here's a quick video showing the process.  I'll explain more details on this post too!
Begin by opening up the garland and wrapping it tightly around the wreath form.  I used two 15-foot garland strands to cover this 10" foam wreath.  Just twist the wires around each other to finish it off...no glue needed.  This part is monotonous and took me about 7 minutes.
Next, pick some gorgeous ribbon!  Dollar Tree has new rolls of fancy holiday ribbon, so stock up today!

I used ribbon I already had.  Just wrap and tie a big bow!  Hot glue in place if desired.
And finally, the Poinsettia that doubles as a hair bow!
Pop all the poinsettias off the stems and separate all the pieces.  Then stack all 5 flowers worth in one big stack.
Thread the brad through the holes of the flowers...only thread the silk flowers through, no plastic forming pieces.  Then tighten down the brad on the backside.  Hot glue the plastic rhinestone on the center of the brad.
Hot glue the Alligator clip on the backside of the flower stack.  I love how plush and full the flower is!
Clip it on the wreath wherever you like--or put it in your hair!
The wreath can also be decorated with ornaments, lights, more flowers, or handmade ornaments!  This is a fun kids craft too!
Of course, Dollar Tree does have these wreaths ready to go...but I love the look of my small, yet super plush wreath.

Or this wreath with a bow and a bell!
