 Harry Potter Butter Beer!

 We made a super simple family friendly Butter Beer for our Harry Potter party!

 It's basically a glorified root beer float!
You just need cream soda, vanilla bean ice cream, butter extract and rum extract.

 I blended ice cream with a little cream soda,
 1 cap full of butter extract and 1/2 cap full of rum extract.
Just enough to make it smooth.

 Fill the glass with half cream soda...

 Then top with the blended ice cream.
It's light and frothy and yummy!

 Perfect for a Harry Potter Party!
