Mini Crepe Cakes!

 Mini Crepe Cakes!
They are as yummy as they are adorable!
 My sister in law had a party with a Crepe Bar!
There were all the fixings for sweet and savory crepes!
She sent me home with some leftovers.  :)

 I used my circle cookie cutters to cut circles all the same size.
 Then layered the custard and crepes on a darling mini cupcake stand.
I had this bakers custard from my sister, but if I was making them again,
I would use instant pudding!
Easy!
 Place in the freezer for a few minutes...
 Then cover with Hot Fudge sauce!
 And enjoy!
 Or cream and a strawberry!
 I've also made chocolate crepes and cream to make a giant
crepe cake!  Same idea, just don't cut down the crepes!
 Each slice was a lovely zebra pattern!
 So good!

Easy crepes:
1 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Water
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Milk
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoons Melted Butter

Cook on griddle like super thin pancakes!
They Freeze too!!!

Make now and save for later!!!
