Root Beer Float Pudding and White Chip Cookies!

 Here's the recipe:
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix (just the powder)
2 eggs
 2 tsp Root Beer Concentrate
2 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 package of white chocolate chips
Mix, roll out and bake. 
350*F for 8-10 minutes
 don't judge my pans...how on earth do you clean that?

 My kids loved these cookies!
I made some without the white chips too, and my hubby loved those.
I'd rather have a chocolatey chocolate peanut butter cookie...
but I have to be fair to my little boy with chocolate allergies!
(I know, right?)
