I wanted some pita chips to dip 
in my red pepper hummus!
My sis-in-law had made some before...so I tried! 

 I had this pita bread in the freezer...I defrosted it...
cut it into strips and pieces...
 drizzled about a tablespoon of olive oil on them, 
stirred around...sprinkled garlic and
garlic salt on them...and broiled for
about 3-4 minutes on each side!
 They are great!
and all 3 of my kids LOVED them!
