Construction & Assembly Mobile Platform

In Fallout 76, I've got my C.A.M.P. set up in the Whitespring Gold Course area.

I have tried to make a camp other places but I love the green grass and the trees...rather than the dead wasteland vibe.

I bought the tree package in the Atom Shop and build lots of trees around my camp as well.

I built my camp right next to a little pond...right along the green...that always has 4 Mirelurks in it.

It's easy to use those juicy little Mirelurks for making "meat based meals", killing creatures, or some other regular daily challenges.

It's a great place to be on the map. (incidentally, this is my favorite interactive map--even though it doesn't have Nuka World on Tour)

I use the pond to collect toxic water and boil it for all manner of crafting and cooking recipes.

It's my home in the wasteland.
Where's your camp?

For my Fallout party I knew I wanted a seafood/dill dip.

I love the flavor of pickles and shrimp--is it the tartar sauce vibe--yes, most likely.

This fun and festive dip is a great appetizer for a Fallout party, TV series binge party or just because it's awesome.

Try it out and let me know what you think!

Ingredients for Mirelurk Dill Dip:

  • 1/2 Pound Imitation Crab
  • 1 Cup X-Small Cooked Shrimp
  • 1 Package Cream Cheese
  • 1/3 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/3 Cup Real Mayonnaise
  • 2-4 Garlic Dill Pickles (chopped)
  • 2 Green Onions
  • 1 Tablespoon Dill Weed

Step 1: Cream the Creams

Begin by mixing the mayo, cream cheese and the sour cream together until smooth.

This mixing really makes the texture perfect in the finished product, so make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature before starting.

Step 2: Chunk the Chunks

Now add all the other chunky ingredients...break the imitation crab meat into smaller clumps, but no need to over shred it.

Add the chopped up dill pickles, imitation crab meat, salad shrimp, green onions and dill weed.

I love dill weed and usually go a little heavy on it...so start with a tablespoon and see what you think.

Step 3: Mix and Serve

Just mix all the thick ingredients into the cream mixture until well incorporated.

I like very little cream with the chunk--but so the chunky foods are lightly covered in the cream.

It's like a meaty "fruit salad".

It's perfect to serve with crackers, chips or little pieces of toasted bread!

Mirelurks, mutated crustaceans in Fallout, originate from pre-war marine life but have undergone significant genetic alterations due to radiation.

Found in coastal areas and swamps, they exhibit territorial behavior and aggressiveness, posing a threat to wasteland travelers. With various types like hunters and kings, each presents unique challenges.

I have to say those Mirelurk Kings and Hunters are one of the hardest creatures to fight on the map.

They are super tanky and strong, armored and blast you with radiation.

But they are yummy to eat!
