You will need felted wool balls.

You will also need some twine or yarn.
Measure out the desired length of yarn or twine.
(mine is 6 feet)
Then loop the yarn through a needle and start stringing on these darling felted wool balls.
If you want the wool balls to stay in place better, tie a knot in the yarn after each ball.
