A 12 Day Christmas Countdown made with a gorgeous collage frame

I decided to go with a frosty, frozen, shimmery,
icy, silver bells, white Christmas, blue and aqua's scheme.
(my favorite Christmas decor is silver and blue)
I removed the back boards and laid the frame out on some boxes...

And spray painted it shimmering silver!

While the frame was drying,
I took the back board, some cork and some linen...

I cut the cork to be just about a quarter inch smaller than the back board.
Then I hot glued it right on top!

Covered it with a square of linen and hot glued that on top as well.

After the frame dried, I placed the backing back in
the frame and secured them with the tabs.

Then it just took some sifting through trinkets and ornaments
and finding the perfect ones that match the frosty theme!
I spray painted the carousel horse silver too!

It's going to look great on the wall all through December...
then starting on December 13th, the kids will
get to add an ornament to the tree each day!
