This Italian Meatloaf from McCormick.com was Delicious!!!
Mix these ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 C. bread crumbs
1/4 C. parmesan cheese (set aside 2 tablespoons)
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons McCormick Perfect Pinch Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon McCormick Garlic Salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
Mix and form into a loaf.
Pour on 1 8 oz. can of tomato sauce
and 2 teaspoons of Italian Seasoning
Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 350* F
Remove from oven and sprinkle on the last 2 tbsp of Parmesan cheese
So. Good. Raving reviews from everyone at the dinner table!
