Crunchy Cinnamon and Caramel Popcorn!

 Crunchy Cinnamon and Caramel Popcorn!
These are 2 fabulous varieties of candied popcorn that are perfect for the holidays!

 Caramel Popcorn:
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 stick (1/2 Cup) Butter
1/4 Cup Corn Syrup
15 Cups popped popcorn
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda (added at the end of boiling)

 Or the family favorite recipe
 Cinnamon Popcorn:
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 stick (1/2 Cup) Butter
1/4 Cup Corn Syrup
15 Cups popped popcorn
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda (added in at the end of boiling)
1 tsp Cinnamon oil  (added in at the end of boiling)

Directions for both:
Combine sugar, butter, syrup and salt in pan.
Boil together for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and then add 1/2 tsp baking soda.
(add the cinnamon now too)

Here's the ingredients for the caramel popcorn...
combined and just starting to melt!
 Pour 15 cups of popped popcorn into a brown paper bag.
Pour the sugar mixture right inside and stir with large spoon to coat evenly.
Then scoop it out onto baking sheet...some will stick on the inside of the bag.
No worries...super easy clean up!
 Bake for 1 hour at 200* F
 Let it cool and enjoy!
 Perfect in bags for neighbor gifts too!
