10:30 AM
 We made 2 batches...
One with just butterscotch chips and jellybeans
(cuz the 3 year old is allergic to chocolate...poor guy)
 Perfect project for little hands.
 And so stinkin' cute too!
And one batch with
half chocolate/half butterscotch
with robin eggs.

Perfect Spring Break activity with kids!
1/2 butterscotch chips
and 1/2 chocolate chips
(I used 1/2 cup of each)
Melt 30 seconds at a time in the microwave...stir.
(took me 1:30 minutes)
Mix into
Crunchy chow mein noodles

scoop out onto wax paper
form with fingers
place eggs in the nest
let set up
eat.

We had a fun day learning about birds
and were fortunate to be able to see our
first cardinal out here (NC) the same day!
Happy Spring!
