How to Make Magnets with Glossy Inkjet Printable Magnet Sheets:
For this project you will need:
- Printable Magnet Sheets
- Cricut Machine with Print and Cut feature
- Canon Pixma Pro Printer
Step 1: Upload Pictures
Begin by uploading pictures or finding images on Cricut Design Space that you want to transform into magnets.
The print and cut feature is a breeze, once the images are loaded, click "send to printer" and print the images on the magnet sheet with the registration marks.
Step 2: Cutting Magnets
Place the printed magnet sheet on the Cricut mat and insert into the machine for the cutting portion.
Select the material as "printable magnet sheet" and click go.
The Cricut will read the registration marks and cut the images out beautifully.
Then remove the mat and peel off the magnets.
They are thin magnets--perfect for decorating a fridge, locker or even car!
They make a great gift or would be perfect gift tags at holiday season with a photo or your custom art on them!
The back of the magnet sheet is all magnetic, so you can save the scraps and use them for another special gift or project.
I printed out 3 inch circles of some (lol, 30) of my favorite custom paintings I've done since September 2024.
I will gift them to a few family member and friends this year, as last year they were the best gifts.
The end result of these printable magnets is fabulous and they make beautiful gifts without breaking the bank.
If you are making magnetic business cards, they'll fit close on the sheet and create little waste as an end result.

How to Make Holographic Stickers DIY
Supplies Needed for Holographic Stickers:
- Holographic Sticker Paper
- Canon Pixma Pro Printer
- Sticker Paper or Printer Paper
CRICUT REGISTRATION MARKS:
Using the Cricut Design Space "print and cut" feature is awesome...but the Cricut sensors can't pick up the registration marks on the holographic sticker paper.
This will be an issue if you are trying to cut out details...if you are just cutting your stickers into squares, you can use a paper cutter, or even a paper punch.
If you need the Cricut to do the detail work, print out another sheet on regular paper or white sticker paper. (or save those registration marks when you do projects in the future)
Cut out and place the registration marks exactly over the top of the printed holographic paper registration marks.
Then send the sticker sheet into the Cricut to be cut and you'll find the sensor will pick it up.
As long as those registration marks are lines up, the cuts will be perfect!
Holographic stickers are absolutely worth the trouble, because they are so shimmery and shiny!
These would make beautiful gifts or an easy gift tag.
I know I would have loved a sheet of stickers for my birthday at any age--I love stickers!
This holographic sticker sheet would be a great idea for labeling mason jars, gift baskets and other personal gifts.
