Brownies made with a Cake Mix! Sometimes you want a brownie and only have a cake mix. This happened the other day...and there is an easy solution! Recipe: 1 cake mix 1 egg 1/4 cup oil 1/3 cup water Mix well Place in baking dish.  I used a pie pan. Bake 350* for 20 minutes. Let it rest about 10 minutes.
