Grape Juice Floats! These are so yummy.  We love Root Beer Floats, but tried it with fresh grape juice. It was divine and we nick-named them Grape Beer Floats. But, no beer. Just a scoop or two of some creamy Vanilla Bean ice cream and freshly juiced concord grapes! It's so delicious! We prefer it over root beer floats any day! These Rainbow Floats are fabulous too!  Pineapple Rainbow Float! Fun Non-Alcoholic mixed drink for a party! You will need: Sherbet Pineapple juice lemon lime soda  3 scoops of sherbet.  1/4 cup of pineapple juice  Then fill it to bubbling with soda! Super sweet and yummy! Harry Potter Butter Beer!

 Harry Potter Butter Beer!  We made a super simple family friendly Butter Beer for our Harry Potter party!  It's basically a glorified root beer float! You just need cream soda, vanilla bean ice cream, butter extract and rum extract.  I blended ice cream with a little cream soda,  1 cap full of butter extract and 1/2 cap full of rum extract. Just enough to make it smooth.  Fill the glass with half cream soda...  Then top with the blended ice cream. It's light and frothy and yummy!  Perfect for a Harry Potter Party!
