Plaid Konnectz Plant Stand Painting DIY

Plaid Konnectz Plant Stand Painting DIY Paint this super chic and modern plant stand from Plaid Konnectz with Bright Magenta Apple Barrel acrylic craft paint and give it some gold leafing for shine! I love a budget friendly and quick project! Plaid Crafts has two awesome Konnectz kits, available at Walmart, for an awesome price! One is a bird house and one is this modern plant stand. They are flat pack and easy to just click together after painting. #walmart #walmartcrafts #plaidcrafts #plaidcreators This plant stand measures 10 inches across and 10 inches tall. The area where the plant pot fits inside is 8 inches across. The bucket I have is nearly perfect...but my adorable little Swiss Cheese Monstera is not quite big enough yet. Geometric Terrarium Succulents Planter Centerpiece!

Geometric Terrarium Succulents Planter Centerpiece! Perfect for a DIY wedding, party or event--or even  fabulous for home decor! Great for a Mother's day gift too. I love these gorgeous geometric terrariums. ~ Last month I made my own terrarium ...totally DIY out of old CD cases. It was such a project...it was tedious and nearly cast off as a fail...but it turned out okay. These.  So much easier. These are fabulous glass and gold terrariums you can buy from  Oriental Trading! They come in black too  They are well made and come well packaged. I think they are a great price for what you get...they are more  expensive everywhere else I've looked...and you get 2.  The big one is about 7 inches across and the small one is about 6 inches across. Oriental Trading also has a fabulous set of 12 succulent picks . They are big and perfect if you don't want to worry about gardening or plants dying right before an event. ...

FolkArt Color Shift™ Painted Succulent Pots Check out this gorgeous new paint from Plaid Crafts It's called Color Shift.  It's got metallic bits in it to give it a gorgeous shimmer! Just the thing for some Spring time succulents!  There are 10 different Color Shift paints. I got 4. Red Flash, Orange Flash, Aqua Flash and Purple Flash I got some fun Brushed Metal Paints too...for an upcoming post! I used some white pots. And painted 2 coats of paint over each of them. I didn't worry about painting the inside of them. Let them dry completely. I put 2 upside down in a box and the other 2 right side up and  gave them a quick misting of gold spray paint for a little more added shimmer.  Then I got some darling succulents and gravel as well as some potting soil.  Fill the bottom third with gravel, this is for water drainage.  Add potting soil and then the little plant. Fill with soil around the edges. ...
