Victorian Ghost Children Halloween Photograph Editing Tutorial There is nearly nothing creepier than melancholy Victorian-era children in haunting ghost form. This is such a fun way to capture ghosts on camera! This is a fantastic photo shoot is one of my favorite projects I did with my kids.  That lacy parasol and swinging pocketwatch...these kids know how to make a creepy look in a tranquil setting. I received product from Nations Photo Lab for this post.  All opinions are my own.  Metal Print from Nations Photo Lab : Ogden LDS Temple Hi friends, it's Natalie here (like always), sharing something fun I discovered.  If you know me, you'll know that I don't like buying the same art that anyone and everyone else has.  I don't like stock photos.  I have more of an eclectic style...I love things that don't go together.  I love to shop at thrift stores for this reason.  I'm artistic and I think I should make the art that hangs in my home.  I like to know that I am the only person on earth that has this exact thing.  So, we were in need of a photograph of the Ogden LDS temple ...but I did not want the same picture as everyone else.  So last year on the 24th of July, my husband and I had to build a parade float for our city parade.  As we watched the parade, the entire city was closed down and not a sole was on the temple ...

Ghosts in the Graveyard Photos!

Ghosts in the Graveyard!  This is a throwback to October 15th 2012. Still, to date, one of my favorite Halloween projects! And I love Halloween! Ghosts in the Graveyard--a Halloween Photo Shoot!    The first thing we did was take 376 pictures. Well, lets back up.  I told my kids what I wanted to do.   Surprisingly, they were all on board!  Even the 4 year old!  Yay! So we dressed them up.  I picked church clothes that looked the most old-timey.   And the boys wore some bow ties that I hot glued together.    The boys had vests...the girl had an old school dress and dark gray tights.   Pretty plain.   Then we found some accessories.   Old keys, a vintage pocketwatch and a lacy parasol.   Then we trekked around our neighborhood...with me in a hoodie and yoga pants... looking for great picturesque places...and the little cemetery a mile  across the r...
