HTVRont just released their Auto Tumbler Heat Press and it's awesome.

It's easy to use, it's pretty fast (takes between 3-8 minutes of heat time per project), it's compact and quiet.

I've used 4 different heat presses for tumblers and this is my second favorite for versatility and my first favorite for size.

I love my Sublimation Oven, it can do tapered tumblers and odd things, but the machine itself is quite big.

The Auto Tumbler Press is a great size, very compact.

When I sublimate tumblers, I do the suggested time and then rotate 180* and repeat the heat process one more time.

This way I am sure that it's completely transferred, vivid and sharp.

I was lucky enough to review this auto tumbler heat press early, post is 100% my opinion.

I received the white version (I would have opted for the blue if I had a choice, but the white is lovely.)

The HTVRont Auto Tumbler Heat Press comes with heat resistant gloves and one roll of heat resistant tape.

Step 1: Tumbler

You can use a glass, ceramic or stainless steel tumbler with this heat press.

I am using a 30 ounce stainless steel tumbler.

It measures 9 inches long and 3 inches across, perfect size for the auto tumbler heat press.

Step 2: Sublimation Print

Print off your desired design with a sublimation printer, use pre-printed sublimation transfers or use something like Cricut Infusible Ink Transfers.

I printed off this tropical freebie I got off of Design Bundles.

If the design is a photograph or text, be sure to mirror the image before printing, as it will reverse during the sublimation process.

Sublimation prints look very dull...it's very misleading because they will brighten and become gloriously vivid after the heat process.

Step 3: Tape

After printing the image, tape it to the tumbler, ink side touching the tumbler blank.

Use Heat resistant tape and tape every edge of the paper down tight.

I love this tape dispenser, it cuts the perfect size of tape pieces with the turn of a crank.

This makes it so easy to tape sublimation prints down firmly.

Step 4: Heat Press

Plug in the heat press and set the time and temperature for the material you are using.

Wait for the press to reach temperature, then it will beep.

Then slip the stainless steel tumbler into the HTVRont Auto Tumbler Heat Press.

You don't need to use shrink wrap because the tumbler holds it tightly.

Then press the "R" button to start.

The auto tumbler heat press will close around the tumbler and begin the timer countdown.

If there is designs all over the tumbler, let it run through one full cycle.

Then rotate the tumbler 180* and let it run through one full cycle again.

When the timer is done, the machine will open up.

If at any time during the heating process, if there is an issue, you can push ANY of the buttons and it will automatically open.

Then remove the tumbler and set it on a hot pan holder and let it cool down completely.

This tumbler wasn't a full wrap, it is just an bouquet image but it worked beautifully.

Stainless steel tumbler, 30 ounce was a success!

Immediately after I had to try a glass tumbler.

Stainless steel tumbler, 30 ounce was a success! Immediately after I had to try a glass tumbler.

I love these glass beer can tumblers with bamboo lids.

They are so classy, so fun to drink special drinks (like water with ice) out of.

I decided to use a watercolor image that I painted.

I repeated the process, printed sublimation image, taped it on the tumbler and used the auto tumbler heat press.

The results are stunning!
