Sprinkled Valentine Heart Shaped Sugar Cookies Recipe Make the most adorable heart shaped cookies, perfect for Valentine's day (or any day that ends with Y).  Filled to the stuffings with bright and sparkly sprinkles.  These are great to take to the office, work, school, or just to eat some on a gray afternoon. The real secret here is these amazing sprinkles!  They are mixed, so each cookie gets a variety of typical sprinkles, rock candy, stars, hearts and more. Here's the recipe...and it makes a lot of cookies! 1 cup Butter 2 cups Sugar 2 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 cup Sour Cream 6 1/2 cups of Flour 2 teaspoons of Baking Soda 1 teaspoon Salt 2 teaspoons Cream of Tartar ~ Cream butter and sugar.  Then add the eggs and vanilla.   Mix in the eggs and vanilla. Then mix in sour cream.   Finally add the flour, and other dry ingredients. Split batch into 4 parts and wrap in cling wrap and place in the fridge.  Roll out and cut one ...
