The badge press I'm using is discontinued.

I'm linking the one I would buy, if I needed a new one.

It comes with a press and the interchangeable fittings for 1.25" and the 2.25" buttons, plus the shells, mylar and pin backs.

Step 1: Open & Save Those Wrappers Carefully

Before you unwrap your Grinch Hershey’s Kisses, pause and open them slowly!

Try to keep the foil as intact as possible.

Smooth each one out gently with your fingers, then flatten them completely on a table.

The Grinchy green foils make the perfect base for holiday crafting — especially when they feature those cute little Grinch faces or themed prints.

Step 2: Iron the Wrappers Flat

Wrinkled foil is part of the charm, but a little smoothing makes your button badges look polished and professional.

Set your mini heat press (or iron) to low heat. Place each wrapper between two sheets of parchment paper or plain scrap paper.

Press lightly for a few seconds — just enough to relax the foil and remove creases. Don’t overheat, or the delicate foil could lose its shine.

✨ Tip: You can flatten several wrappers at once if you keep the layers thin and even.

Step 3: Punch Out Your Wrappers

Now grab your 1.5" circle punch and cut perfect circles from your flattened wrappers.

Align the punch so the Grinch face or logo is centered — that’s your main design focus. Each wrapper is a little different, so have fun choosing which ones to use!

The 1.5" circle fits beautifully into a 1.25" Badge-a-Minit button, allowing just enough foil to wrap around the edges.
