Supplies Needed for Cookie Plate:




Supplies Needed for Cookie Plate:  Free SVG Cookies for Santa Wood Slice Cricut Maker 3 (or other cutting machine) Cricut Vinyl Transfer Tape Cricut Hand Tools (squeegee and hook tool)

Step 1 for Cookie Plate: Vinyl


Begin by importing the SVG file into Cricut Design Space.


Then click make it!


Place the desired color of adhesive vinyl on the cutting mat and insert it into the machine.


Have the Cricut machine cut out the vinyl.

Step 2 for Cookie Plate:


Remove the vinyl from the mat and weed the excess vinyl from the cut adhesive vinyl.


Then place some transfer tape on top of the vinyl.

Step 3 for Santa's Cookie Plate:


Remove the backing from the adhesive vinyl, leaving just the letters adhered to the transfer tape.


Then press it down on the desired surface plate, in this case, a rustic wood slice.

Use the squeegee tool to smooth out the adhesive vinyl and firmly press it onto the surface.

Step 4 for Santa's Cookie Plate:


Then gently peel back the transfer tape, rolling over itself, and making sure the adhesive vinyl is stuck down on the plate as you roll the transfer tape off.


Then smooth and press the vinyl down with your fingers.

I used a piece of wax paper, but the wood slice could be used like a charger too, and just set a smaller plate on it.


I know there are lots of Cookies for Santa plates, with lots of text and places for everything.
