Okay, I found this image online...therefore, right click to save off personal use only.
I reversed it to use with heat transfer vinyl...see the states are all mirrored.
I put my shirt on the ironing board, place the HTV on and cover with a tea towel.
Then iron on high for 2 minutes.
Remove the tea towel and iron again a few minutes...don't
let it set in one place too long or it will melt!
Then remove the plastic slowly and re-iron if necessary.
