Floral Garden Tea Party with Oriental Trading
I love having fun summer parties and a flowery garden party is the best. It's bright and vibrant! This is a simple party set up, perfect for a buffet or treat bar. Make some giant paper flowers with this fun DIY tutorial...the perfect way to set the scene for a garden party.

I love great party snacks that are fun, tasty and inexpensive. Chocolate and powdered sugar cereal mix is a favorite. Here's the recipe we like:
10 cups of Chex cereal
1 (12 oz) package of semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup of chunky peanut butter
1/4 cup of butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

Melt the butter and peanut butter together and then add the chocolate chips. Stir on low heat until melted together. Pour over the 10 cups of cereal in a giant bowl. Mix well. Then add the 1/2 the sugar and stir until well coated, add the remaining sugar and mix well. Pour onto a baking sheet and let the cereal set up before serving.
