DIY: Pink Glitter Resin Knobs!
This is a darling craft and a fun way to update old furniture or give new furniture the perfect touch!  I got this amazing nightstand from Bellacor and love the 9 knobs on it...but it needed my own special element on it and the pink glitter knobs are just the thing.
Do you have a fun piece of furniture that could use a little facelift?  This might be just the thing you need to update your space.
You will need:
Clear Casting Resin
Round Knob Mold
Pink Glitter (or the color of your choice)
Knob hardware
E6000 glue

Mix the resin and catalyst according to the package directions.  Wear gloves and work over a disposable surface.  Mix the resin and stir together.
Pour just a thin layer in the molds.  Let them gel for about 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes sprinkle the backs with pink glitter.
Then mix up some more resin, less this time, and fill the rest of the molds to the top.
Let them cure and dry.  Then get your E6000 and knob hardware ready.
I set them in an egg tray to hold them still while working with them.  Use the glue and adhere the hardware to the backside of the knobs.  Let them dry overnight.
Finally the pink glittery magical knobs are ready to use!
They are darling and would make the perfect addition to a nursery, child's bedroom, or home furniture piece.  I love it!
Make the knobs match the decor of the room.  You could even make knobs for your entire kitchen cabinets!
