Fabulous DIY Long Feather Earrings!
I got a real feather duster at a yard sale for 10 cents.
Feathers are amazing and stay clean because of the
special oil from the bird...so it was very clean.
I vacuumed it and wiped it with a damp cloth anyway.
Then I carefully clipped feathers off and matched them up with like feathers.

But you can buy pheasant feathers at craft stores or online.
These would be GORGEOUS with some Peacock feathers!

Using a Crimp Clasp

I set the feathers inside it and folded the
sides over with jewelry pliers and crimped them down tight...
Then hook it on a jump ring and an earring hook.
Same for the other side!
Presto!  Perfect and fun!
Any kind of feather!  Or add some tinsel or colored faux hair!
This would be a great Tween girl craft!
And if you aren't into earrings, hook them on a hairpin!
