Back to School Writing Fun with BIC®

This post brought to you by BIC®. All opinions are 100% mine.
I'm kind of a pen snob.
So when BIC® asked me to try out their new BIC Atlantis® Pens,
I could not resist!
I love trying new pens...I love writing and doodling...I'm totally a note taker!
I loved drawing all over my notes and worksheets...and even in high school I was
nicknamed Doodle by several teachers.
(See where the Doodlecraft came from?)

BIC Atlantis® pens are terrific--I would very likely throw a few packs
of these in the cart with all the other back to school supplies I love to hoard.
I love the feel and they write very smooth...no skips or clumps!
I was able to write incredibly small and still have it look great!
I stashed a few in my purse...

I love the colored pens too...especially that Aqua blue!
Perfect for labeling and color coding...
I print out a simple calendar each month to keep track of goings on...
and it never occurred to me to color code it until now.
With these colored pens, I use a different one for each of my kids...
or in black if it involves the whole family!
Now it's easy to just glance at the calendar I know what's going on and
who it involves!
I am also totally fascinated by the study of handwriting,
You know, how you can decipher so much about a persons mood
or feelings based on their writing...not what they write, but how they write it.
I love it.  I think in my next life I'll get into the Science of Deduction.
Maybe partner up with Sherlock or something.
So I used my new pens to do some doodling.
I wrote out my 4 favorite pangrams too.
Are you familiar with pangrams?
A pangram is a sentence that contains all letters of the alphabet.
They are perfect little sentences when writing
with a new pen...or testing a new font.
Did you know I have fonts made from my handwriting?
Here's 10 Pangrams to try with your new BIC Atlantis® pens:

The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog
Pack my box with five dozen liquor jugs
Wafting zephyrs quickly vexed Jumbo.
Jackdaws love my big sphinx of quartz.
Brawny gods just flocked up to quiz and vex him
Amazingly few discotheques provide jukeboxes.
Sphinx of black quartz, judge my vow!
The five boxing wizards jump quickly
Heavy boxes perform quick waltzes and jig
Sixty zippers were quickly picked from the woven jute bag
