Chicken Cordon Blue Casserole!
Me, my hubby and kids too...open the fridge,
look around, and then close it.
And then in about 5 minutes, we do it again!
What do we expect?
Here's a simple dinner recipe that we love.
It's easy to make ahead, so when you do open the fridge...
it's ready to go!
Easy. I cube raw chicken breasts and
layer them at the bottom of the dish.
Then cut up ham and swiss cheese and layer
over the top of the chicken.
Then cover with 1 can of cream of chicken soup.
Then add some slightly crushed corn flakes!
Bake for 1 hour at 350*
It's good. The kids love it! Great with a side salad!
Also, you can make the dish ahead and freeze it.
Then pull it out in the morning, thaw and bake for dinner!
